About THE CARING METHOD
As someone who’s been in the healthcare space since 2009, I’ve seen my fair share of patients. From pre-op, medical surgical and telemetry to family practice, I’ve been a part of thousands of patients' lives, treating various chronic diseases and acute conditions.
But in the hospital setting, once they were out the door, the treatment stopped. I didn’t get to have any more involvement in their lives. I didn’t have the opportunity to help them continue to improve. And caring for my patients is one of my absolute favorite things I get to do.
WHEN I FOUNDED BEAUTY LUXE IN 2023,
I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO BE MY CORE BUSINESS:
I wasn’t going to be a love ‘em and leave’ em kind of practice. I wanted to help support my patients in every aspect of their health – so they could feel AND look their best.

My husband and I met at Arizona State University (#GoDevils) and we have 2 kids: Maddox and Kenli.
I ran an online women’s boutique for 5 years.
I have to wash my feet before I go to bed at night. Non-negotiable!

Hi, I’m Hayden Cauthron! Alisa
I’m Alisa, a Family Nurse Practitioner with 14 years in healthcare, including four in advanced practice, caring for patients across the lifespan. I also serve as a nurse educator and faculty member, which has shaped my ability to simplify complex health information and help patients feel confident in their care.
My clinical focus includes metabolic health, hormone optimization, sustainable weight loss, lifestyle changes, sexual wellness, and longevity, including support through midlife hormone changes.
I have a background in addiction medicine, which has shaped my approach to patient care and overall mental and physical wellness. I’m passionate about supporting patients with ADHD and neurodivergence, while helping individuals feel empowered with tools that align with their care plan. My approach is whole-body, meeting patients where they are while keeping care realistic and individualized.
At The Caring Method, I connect internal health with skin, wellness therapies, and aesthetic support to help patients feel their best.
Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom to two boys and two pups. I love iced coffee, vintage bookstores, discovering new coffee shops, taking barre classes, and traveling to the Pacific Northwest.

Hi friends, my name is Hailey! I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 3 years now since earning my BSN at GCU in 2023. Alongside my work in aesthetics, I am also an ER nurse at a Level I Trauma Center, bringing a strong foundation of clinical expertise, attention to detail, and patient care to every treatment. I am passionate about natural, refined results, and believe aesthetic medicine should enhance your unique features—not change them. My goal is to help patients feel refreshed and effortlessly beautiful. I strive to make each appointment feel comfortable, educational, and tailored to your individual goals to help you feel like the most confident version of yourself!
